The cushion is inspected to identify the fabric type, stains, and overall condition before cleaning.

Dry Vacuuming

A high-powered vacuum machine removes loose dust, dirt, pet hair, and other dry particles from the cushion.

Stain Pre-Treatment

Stubborn stains are treated with fabric-safe stain removal solutions before deep cleaning.

Shampoo Application

A professional upholstery shampoo is applied evenly to loosen dirt, grease, and accumulated grime.

Deep Machine Scrubbing

The cushion is gently scrubbed using a professional upholstery cleaning machine to remove embedded dirt without damaging the fabric.

High-Power Vacuum Extraction

A high-power vacuum extraction machine removes the dirty water, loosened dirt, and cleaning solution from deep inside the cushion, leaving it clean, fresh, and hygienic.

Drying Time

The cushion is left to dry naturally. Drying usually takes 1 to 2hours depending on the fabric and weather conditions.

Service Exclusions

Permanent or Old Stains

Permanent or old stains may not be completely removed through professional cleaning.

Fabric Repair

Repair or replacement of fabric, foam, stitching, zippers, or cushion filling is not included.

Colour Restoration

Colour restoration, fabric dyeing, or upholstery replacement is not included.
