Dry Vacuuming

We use a high-powered industrial vacuum cleaner to remove loose dust, dirt, pet hair, food particles, and other dry debris from the surface, cushions, corners, and hard-to-reach areas.

Stain Pre-Treatment

Tough stains such as tea, coffee, food spills, and other visible spots are treated with fabric-safe stain removal solutions. This step helps loosen stubborn stains before deep cleaning begins.

Upholstery Shampoo Application

A professional upholstery shampoo is applied evenly across the fabric using suitable equipment. The cleaning solution penetrates deep into the upholstery to break down dirt, body oils, and accumulated grime.

Deep Machine Scrubbing

Service Exclusions

Our standard sofa cleaning service does not include:

Permanent or old stains that cannot be completely removed through professional cleaning.

Repair or replacement of fabric, foam, springs, wooden frame, or recliner mechanism.

Colour restoration, fabric dyeing, or upholstery replacement.

Paint stains, burn marks, and damage caused by harsh chemicals or sharp objects.

Cleaning inside sealed sofa structures that require dismantling.

Any repair or service not specifically mentioned in the cleaning process.
